For the first time in 3 years, FCSN was able to host an in-person summer music camp, the first summer program founded back in 2006 after the East Bay center opened in Fremont. During the past couple years, Archbishop Mitty High School Sophomore Aarav Sharma taught a 12 week Scratch Language class and a week long Pre-Algebra summer camp for FCSN students with the hopes of helping special needs students pursue STEM in the future. Sharma’s previous experience with Scratch has given him the experience needed to help guide his students through the language and create an efficient curriculum for his class. From July 13th to July 16th, FCSN organized its yearly drama camp for special needs students: a four-day program featuring three days of full-cast rehearsals culminating in a performance on the last day.
