As a blogger for FCSN Voices, on Sundays, Gary will share with us bits of his weekly adventures. Check out the Blog Project and Garyโ€™s page & stay tuned as we build his page and add more stories every week! ๐Ÿ’Œ

Last Saturday I helped my mom bake a lobster. I got the lobster from Ranch 99. The lobster was 8 pounds and as long as my arm.

๐Ÿ“ธ: This is my first time seeing such a huge lobster. I was very impressed by the size of the lobster.

First we broke the lobster into pieces. Then I cut them into halves and washed the cut pieces. On the side, I heated the pan and melted the butter. Then I added minced garlic and stir fried until fragrant. Afterwards, I put black pepper and salt into the pot and rubbed these on the inside and outside of the lobster. We put the lobster into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 375ยฐF. Finally I took the lobster out of the oven and put it on a plate. To serve the lobster, I squeezed lemon juice on it and sprinkled it with parsley.

The lobster tasted delicious and I enjoyed it with my family. I felt very proud of myself, and I look forward to making lobster again in the future.

๐Ÿ“ธ: Here is the picture of the cooked lobster garnished with lemon and parsley.
