Cooking with Friends

Youth Volunteers Luna and Jessica started teaching FCSN’s cooking class since 2020. Students not only learn how to follow recipes, they also learn the cultural background and fun facts about the foods. Youth Volunteer Trains FCSN Staff In Graphic Design

A Harker Academy high school senior who came to FCSN to teach computer skills one-on-one to special needs clients found himself this fall with a classroom full of FCSN staff members, eager to learn graphic design. Eighteen FCSN staff members met weekly over Zoom for 10 weeks in a Train-the-Trainer class developed by Eric Zhu with the goal of improving presentations and direct instruction to clients.
