President’s Message

Dear FCSN Friends and Family,

We wish you all enjoyed the year-end holiday break and are ready to embrace the upcoming new year! Time flies, and FCSN has completed another year in 2025 that was both challenging and fruitful.

โœจ 2025: A Year of Recognition and Growth

Nonprofit of the Year: In May 2025, FCSN was honored to be named the Nonprofit of the Year by State Senator Dr. Aisha Wahab of Californiaโ€™s 10th Senate District.

A Testament to Dedication: This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our families, staff, and supporters. It also highlights the lasting impact FCSN has made in empowering individuals with special needs and enriching our community.

Expansion and New Programs: Following the opening of our Osgood Center in 2024, FCSN entered a new chapter of growth.

Our dedicated staff has expanded to approximately 200, which has enabled us to broaden our programs and services.

Several programsโ€”including the After School Program, Coordinated Family Services, and a new day programโ€”are now thriving in the new facility.

Our program for high-needs individuals has successfully relocated to the Hope Community Church.

We have also enhanced our employment services to ensure that more families can reach further than ever before..

๐Ÿ“ˆ Five-Year Goals: We Are On Track (2023-2028)

We are grateful to update you that FCSN is well on track for the 5-year goals we defined in 2023 regarding the growth of high-needs clients, vendor program clients, staffing, and budget.

๐Ÿค Our Dedicated Leadership Team

FCSN’s mission is to serve our special needs individuals and families. As we continue expanding our staff team and facilities, the demand for quality programs is also growing, which remains a top priority for the FCSN leadership team.

  • The leadership team comprises professionals and volunteer parents of individuals with special needs.
  • They ensure that FCSN operates smoothly and aligns with our mission.
  • The team meets weekly to exchange information and brainstorm solutions for challenges.
  • We truly appreciate their effort and dedication.

๐Ÿ“ฃ Join Our Team: Over 30 Openings!

Despite preparing for this growth, we are still experiencing an extreme staff shortage.

  • Over the past few years, we have substantially increased our salary and benefits.
  • We need all sorts of talents to support our beloved special needs individuals, and we believe FCSN is the right place for you to dedicate your talets.

Finally, I wish you all a wonderful and prosperous 2025, stay healthy and strong!

CK Lee & Jason Hwan
