02.05.2026: Making Baozi 🍞🐷

I made baozi with red bean paste and plain buns with Maisie, my teacher.

First, I used the dough for baozi buns.

Next, I put the red bean paste in the buns.

Then, I made the pig on the buns.

I made the pig by using different dough.

This dough was like the original dough but it was pink.

I liked to put red bean paste in the buns.

02.06.2026 🌳⛸️

Mom, Dad, and I hiked at Coyote Lake Harvey Bear Ranch Park.

There was a white heron and cows.

Mom, Dad, and I watched the Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony.

My favorite sport was ice skating.

02.08.2026: Watching the SuperBowl 🏈🏟️

Dad and I watched the Super Bowl.

The Seattle Seahawks played against the New England Patriots.

I looked forward to the Seattle Seahawks winning.

During the Super Bowl Dad made chicken wings.

I helped prepare corn chips and chicken wings. 

I felt excited about the Super Bowl.
