This December, FCSN partnered with Television Station KTSF Channel 26 to host a holiday toy drive. Throughout the toy drive, countless generous donors stopped by FCSNโs San Jose and Fremont sites to drop off toys and gift cards that were then packaged and distributed to FCSNโs clients. To celebrate their 25th anniversary and fundraise for upcoming projects, FCSN held their 2021 Virtual Fundraising Gala, streamed live on Zoom, on Saturday, November 6 from 4-6 p.m. The gala celebrated FCSNโs growth over their 25 years and raised money to support their future renovations and projects. Following the nationwide Stop AAPI Hate movement, over the past spring and summer, FCSN initiated its own Stop Asian Hate Campaign, consisting of a rally, a vaccine movement, and numerous training classes in order to educate and provide resources for its special needs community to learn to protect themselves from the discrimination against Asians. This year, FCSN decided to award a scholarship fund of $5,000 each to three youth volunteers, who have given their all to FCSN and the entire special needs community.
