On Monday, 7/10/2017, a group of aboriginals from Taiwan came to visit FCSN at our Fremont Center. They are 15 college students, from 7 different tribes – and surpisingly, they don’t understand each other in their native tongues as each has a different spoken language. For an hour, they sang songs without microphone and performed many dances. Their songs were simple yet penetrating, they touched our hearts even though we don’t understand the meaning of their words. Their dance shows how they can bring their people together in harmony, and brought audience to clap to the beat. In return, FCSN adults performed and they were also amazing. Overall, it was a culture exchange that was appreciated by both sides.
