On Sunday, 8/19, FCSN hosted a huge event for FCSN families and all Asian Families with loved ones with special needs. The festival was held at Always Dream Play Park in Fremont and the families were treated to music performances and a free lunch. This event was funded by Calif. State Department of Developmental Services for Asian Service Disparity Reduction. This is part of a program to reach out to the community to provide information about Early Start Program and regional center services.
