It was Saturday morning and I made breakfast just like last Saturday.
I whisked two eggs, turned on the fan, turned on the stove, put the oil in the pan, and then poured the egg in the pan.
Then, I put salt and black pepper on the egg.
The scrambled eggs were ready. It looked golden.
I put the avocado, scrambled egg, apples, and pears on top of the bagel.

Mom felt proud of me making breakfast all by myself.

On Sunday it was Mother’s Day.
I gave a hug to Mom and said “Happy Mother’s Day”.
I made breakfast again, boiled the egg, steamed the yam, steamed the corn, made espresso coffee, and oatmeal.
Mom put flaxseeds, black sesame, collagen peptides on the oatmeal, and decorated the strawberries with homemade yogurt.

I was excited because I liked making breakfast for Mother’s Day.
This was my last day of my Sports class for this session.
I did not have art class with Daphne because she has an appointment.

On Friday evening Mom, Dad, and I had dinner at Pop Public House restaurant.
Mom and I had not dined out when Dad was away from home, traveling.
I ordered a Whiskey Barbecue Burger.

I liked it and it tasted incredible.
I felt excited because we had not dined out for a few weeks.

On Saturday evening Megan and Josh came to our house for dinner.
Mom made an egg oyster pancake.
Megan and I tried the oyster pancake.

It looked messy and like a crepe but it was very tasty.

On Sunday I did not go to Sunday School class.
Instead Mom had a fundraising running event in a park and Mother’s gathering event in FCSN South Bay Center.
Then, Dad and I pulled the weeds and cleaned up the branches.
