As a blogger for FCSN Voices, Gary will share with us bits of his weekly adventures. Check out the Blog Project and Garyโ€™s page & stay tuned as we build his page and add more stories! ๐Ÿ’Œ

On June 6, I went to FCSN Family Day. I helped Mrs. Sherry to sell T-shirts.

I enjoyed helping her. I also bought two T-shirts for myself.

FCSN celebrated their 30th birthday. There was a lot of dancing, singing, and drama performances.

I saw my friends, Derek, Vivian and Amanda. I felt very happy!

On June 22, I went to Levisโ€™s Stadium to watch the FIFA World Cup.

The two teams were Jordan and Algeria.

Before the game started I watched the opening ceremony. The two countries’ players went to the field. The two countries’ flags were spread out and national anthems were played.

During the game the audience cheered, danced, and shaked their body. Everyone was super excited and cheered loudly!

My favorite team is Argentina and Messi is my favorite player. Last time Argentina was champion.

I am very happy to have a special experience because this is my first time watching a competition in a huge San Francisco Bay Area stadium.

On June 27, I went to FCSN Camping Day at Joseph D. Grant County Park.

The first activity was morning hike. The hike was 3.1 miles. I saw special trees, beautiful lakes, yellow grasses, and a beautiful sky.

At lunch time I ate hamburgers and cakes.

After lunch we had arts and crafts activities. First was making tie dye shirts. The second one was rock painting. The last game was musical chairs and duck duck goose.

I liked camping day! I was also happy to stay with my friend Eric.
