FCSNโ€™s Milestone- 3-Year CARF Accreditation

When FCSNโ€™s Supported Employment Program was certified by DOR (Department of Rehabilitation) in late 2017, we were informed that we needed to receive The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Accreditation by the 5th year. At that time, three years before, we had to start preparing for accreditation, which we didnโ€™t think would be daunting. We just went through a certification process, so how difficult could it be? Never Give Up, Always Have Hope: The Story of Anna and FCSN

Anna Wang is one of the co-founders of FCSN, inspired and driven by the autism diagnosis of her son, Lawrence. During the 25 years since a group of parents came together, Anna has helped create many programs for children, adults, and families, fostered a sense of community, and been an outspoken advocate for the rights of special needs individuals. Through countless challenges, Anna has stayed motivated with the mantra of never giving up, always having hope, and trusting that it would bring happiness.
