Twinkle Series: James Tsao, A Story of Ability and Growth

In 2001, James Tsao was born via a planned C-section. The entire birth process was normal, the pregnancy no earlier, no later, the birth no longer, no shorter than it needed to be. During the first year of his life, progression and development was seemingly normal, no unusual signs present. A Foreword to FCSN’s New Book

FCSN recently published a compilation of stories in their new book, “Friends of Children with Special Needs – Building a Dream Community.” Written by FCSN staff, parents, clients, and volunteers, the book chronicles the history of FCSN in the past 25 years.
