In 2001, James Tsao was born via a planned C-section. The entire birth process was normal, the pregnancy no earlier, no later, the birth no longer, no shorter than it needed to be. During the first year of his life, progression and development was seemingly normal, no unusual signs present. Storyland Virtual Enrichment Program: Learning Through Stories
