Twinkle Series: James Tsao, A Story of Ability and Growth

In 2001, James Tsao was born via a planned C-section. The entire birth process was normal, the pregnancy no earlier, no later, the birth no longer, no shorter than it needed to be. During the first year of his life, progression and development was seemingly normal, no unusual signs present.
